Stephan Weil

Prime Minister
German Federal State of Lower Saxony

“Lower Saxony is Germany’s top automotive location. This year, Europe’s leading trade fair for the supplier industry is yet again offering local companies the opportunity to present their products and services to an audience of trade visitors. The automotive industry is currently experiencing its largest transformation ever. With this year’s IZB key topic, “Empowering Partnerships: Competitiveness, Sustainability and Acceleration”, the International Suppliers Fair is exploring central aspects that play an essential role for the future of the automotive and supplier industries. Only with close cooperation and partnerships can competitiveness be maintained and Germany and Lower Saxony remain successful as an automotive location.”

Dennis Weilmann

Lord Mayor
City of Wolfsburg

“The International Suppliers Fair is extremely significant for economic stakeholders in Wolfsburg and the surrounding region. It not only reflects our position as an important business and industrial location but also promotes cooperation and an exchange of experience and expertise among companies, which in turn leads to more innovation and growth. Topics such as Empowering Partnerships are key focuses that aim to strengthen partnerships and enable us to tackle challenges together to secure a sustainable future for our region. Holding the IZB in Wolfsburg also has a positive impact on regional hotels, cafés and restaurants.”
