Becoming an exhibitor at the IZB

How do I become an exhibitor at the IZB?

Registration for the IZB is not open to everyone but is made available to companies after they have successfully applied to become an exhibitor and have been approved. Companies with a product/service range that corresponds to at least one of the listed product groups reflecting the name, structure and focus of the IZB will be accepted as exhibitors.

If you have already exhibited at a previous IZB or have already registered, you do not need to submit a new application. You will be automatically informed about the start of the registration period.

Until when is it possible to register for the IZB 2024?

Registration for the IZB 2024 is possible at any time. If you can no longer be allocated a stand for capacity reasons, we will automatically place your company on a waiting list.

How are placement requests handled?

If you have any placement requests, you are welcome to indicate them in the comments field when you register. We will endeavour to take your wishes into account when planning. However, we cannot give you a guarantee.


Is it still possible to cancel the stand space free of charge after registering for the IZB?

Cancellation free of charge is only possible if the official stand allocation has not yet been sent out by Messe Wolfsburg. As soon as you receive the stand allocation, cancellation costs amounting to 100% of the stand rental fee will be charged. If we are able to re-let the stand space, the cancellation costs will be 25% of the stand rental fee.
