No solvents − better environmental protection, more performance

Scandex is dedicated to research and has thus risen to become the global technological leader in multifunctional and corrosion protection oils and greases (in direct comparative testing EN ISO 9227:2006 with all known manufacturers). The company’s innovation lies in the area of product performance as well as environmental and occupational safety.

Conventional multi-oils/greases last less than 90 hours in the salt spray test (see image), whereas the exhibitor’s products exceed 336 hours or even 2,000 hours. Conventional products contain large amounts of solvents and other harmful substances. Scandex products are virtually solvent-free and made from 99.9% pure base oils, which are not classified under SDS as H304, H350, etc. No solvents also mean better environmental protection.

During the shipping and storage of components, packaging materials such as VCI films can be reduced. Less waste, less weight, and less material transport mean lower costs and reduced CO2 emissions.
