General information on participation
Registration for the IZB is only possible after a successful application. Companies whose product range corresponds to one of the product groups in the IZB nomenclature will be admitted.

Note: If you have already taken part in or registered for a previous IZB, you do not need to apply again - you will be informed automatically when registration opens.
The next International Suppliers Fair (IZB) will take place in Wolfsburg from October 27 to 29, 2026.
Booth placement requests can be indicated in the comments field of the registration form. We will try to take these into account when planning the hall, but cannot guarantee that they will be implemented.
Registration and cancellation
The registration link has been sent to all registered companies. Registration takes place via the Messe Berlin exhibitor portal.

Yes, a free cancellation is possible until the official stand allocation by Messe Berlin.
After stand allocation, the following conditions apply:
- 100% if the stand space cannot be reallocated to another exhibitor
- 25% of the stand rental fee if the space can be let to another exhibitor

Assembly and dismantling phase
Assembly phase:
The assembly phase starts on October 19, 2026, and ends on October 26, 2026. Please note: No delivery traffic will be allowed after 12:00 p.m. on October 26, 2026. Work on the stand premises may be carried out until midnight.
Dismantling phase:
Dismantling starts on October 29, 2026, from 7:00 p.m. and must be completed by November 6, 2026 at the latest.
Media Package
The Media Package is a package of selected marketing tools to optimise your trade fair participation and market presence. For detailed information, please refer to §5 of the Special Conditions of Participation of the IZB
Events and catering
Stand Parties after the exhibition closes:
Yes, but only with an official booking made via the webshop.
Stand Parties during exhibition hours:
Yes, stand parties may be held at any time without prior approval. However, please ensure that they do not cause any disruption to other visitors, exhibitors, or ongoing activities.
