LEONI LIMEVERSE® – innovative and green

New cables for a new time: With LIMEVERSE (see image), Leoni has achieved a milestone towards increasingly sustainable mobility. The automotive cables of the green product line are 100 % recyclable and reduce the CO2 footprint immensely.

The highlight of LIMEVERSE is the special insulation material. This uses bio-based materials based on sustainable and/or renewable raw materials and mass-balanced plastics. The result is a lower CO2 footprint of around 50 % compared to conventional cables. From single and multi-core cables to coaxial and data cables to charging cables: LIMEVERSE covers all applications and includes not only PVC insulation material but also PP and TPE-U. Temperatures up to 125 degrees Celsius are no problem. LIMEVERSE cables still meet the high electrical, mechanical and thermal requirements of the automotive industry.
