The bidirectional interaction between the worker and the system means that the (picking) processes run up to 50 % faster. The worker is controlled intuitively and can make entries and confirmations via the touch display. Every action triggers haptic, acoustic and visual feedback, resulting in a zero error rate. The Smart Watch is ergonomically positioned on the soft and comfortable cuff using a Velcro fastening. This ensures a high level of wearing comfort and delights users.
