FlexAir™ (see image) is a 100 % recyclable and 100 % breathable alternative solution to traditional Polyurethane foam. This new technology reduces CO2 emissions up to 50 % and weight up to 20 % over a PU equivalent. FlexAir™ is now in production with a major automaker and under development with 15 global OEMs. Lear has developed FlexAir™ for the automotive market with 190 Patents with automotive exclusivity.
