CO2 savings of up to 55 percent compared to virgin-grade materials

The PP LGF CDC (Concentrate Dilution Concept) includes the use of newly developed PCR-based PP diluters for long glass fibre-reinforced injection moulding versions which also enables the OEM requirements in terms of load-bearing capacity, emissions and odour to be satisfied. A PCR content of up to > 65% has been achieved in CDC 20. This also means that CO2 savings of up to 55% compared to virgin-grade materials can be achieved and the statutory regulations relating to recyclate content expected in the near future can also be satisfied.

Recyclate content is currently at 70% over all product segments. Around 30% of the compounds currently contain between 20% and 100% of post consumer recyclates (PCR).
