LAW NDT, founded in 1988, develops customer-specific measuring and testing systems for automated 100% inspection of production parts. We are specialized in fasteners in automotive sector, but we also work for customers in the aerospace, medical, food and defense sectors.
With our innovative and creative team, we accompany our customers from the first idea through the entire production process and machine acceptance. A comprehensive after-sales service as well as continuous exchange and advice is very important to us.

Our new testing system MEXS 400
MEXS 400 brings maximum flexibility to the workflow and design of measurement and testing processes. Because the test stations are on retractable trolleys, the test process can be individually configured and changed at any time. This also makes the automated testing of small lot sizes economically possible for the first time. Due to the slim design and the complete absence of compressed air, the MEXS 400 is also a space-saving, cost-effective and sustainable option for 100% testing of a wide variety of components.

MEXS 400
New generation of measuring and testing systems: The MEXS 400 from LAW NDT
Safety-relevant components have to pass a 100% inspection. Previous test systems were permanently installed. A new system had to be purchased for a new product. Maintenance and conversions caused a total standstill. Our MEXS 400 is a modular testing system. The test stations sit on exchangeable trolleys, independent of the transport system. Test processes can be configured individually and repairs can be carried out outside the system - without any downtime!
