From 14th to 16th October 2014, the German city of Wolfsburg will become a meeting place for the international automotive supplier industry for the 8th time. A large number of hotels and guesthouses are now already fully booked one year before the start of the International Suppliers Fair (IZB) 2014. Alongside its partnership with the business and marketing company Wolfsburg Wirtschaft und Marketing GmbH (WMG), Wolfsburg AG is therefore yet again working in cooperation with “Eventives” in order to offer IZB exhibitors further accommodation options. The event-planning agency from the German city of Braunschweig was already an IZB partner back in 2012 and has reserved an allocation of around 700 hotel rooms in the Braunschweig-Wolfsburg region for the event. The agency will also have its own stand at the IZB, which will be located directly in the entrance area.
Alongside the provision of hotel rooms, Eventives also offers participants in both the IZB and the International Automotive Congress a number of other services, for example flight and shuttle service bookings and the organisation of events before, during and after the trade fair.
