This year’s Job Fair particularly focused on personal dialogue and therefore enabled the potential employees attending the event to enjoy discussions with representatives from the exhibitors’ human resources departments, in which they were able to find out more about individual development opportunities. Exhibitors such as Sumitomo, Trelleborg Sealing Solutions and the IT company Windhoff Software Services also gave special presentations in which they introduced participants to their companies. Another highlight of the event was the information provided by Wolfsburg AG with regard to the topic of “Tips and Tricks for the Application Process”. This complemented the application document checks offered by the company's human resources experts at stand 200 in Hall 1. More than 120 potential young talents and jobseekers made the most of these checks and received competent and professional feedback on their application documents.
