Reproducible, selective and inline

Plasmatreat's AntiCorr® coating offers manufacturers reliable protection against creep corrosion, ensuring high-quality, durable products. This anti-corrosion coating is applied to metals such as the aluminum die cast alloy AlSi12 (Fe) using atmospheric pressure plasma.

A key advantage of AntiCorr® is the selective treatment, as only the relevant parts of the component are coated. Compared to other methods, such as waxing or electroplating, AntiCorr® coating is an environmentally friendly, dry, automated and reproducible process that can be used in-line for solid and liquid seals. The process has already passed all standard climatic and salt spray tests, such as PV 1209 or the MeKo-S test.
