Stator cooling sleeve for high energy density E-Motors

The stator sleeve (see image) is designed to enable direct and efficient cooling of the stator, reducing thermal barriers between the heat-generating components and the cooling system. Combined with the expertise in precision plastic design and high-volume manufacturing, it provides a lightweight, integrated solution supporting enhanced thermal management, higher continuous power and increased power density. Main features: 360 degrees cooling interface enables more uniform temperature distribution around the stator, the lightweight plastic design reduces component weight compared with conventional metallic solutions. Electrical insulation: Plastic material can provide inherent electrical insulation around the stator. Design flexibility: Complex geometries can be integrated to optimize cooling channels, interfaces and assembly. Compact design: 0.45 wall thickness thanks to composite material.
