Power2Flow®: Actively Liquid-Cooled High-Voltage Charging Harness

GG Group, VOSS Automotive, and Amphenol-Tuchel Electronics have jointly developed a liquid-cooled high-voltage charging harness for fast-charging applications. By integrating liquid cooling directly into the cable, Power2Flow® significantly reduces material usage while supporting higher charging performance. A functional CCS2 version is already available, and additional interface standards, including NACS, CCS1, GB/T, and CHAdeMO, are supported. The unique combination and integration of cable design, connector technology, and fluid-based thermal management increases current-carrying capacity by up to 70% compared with conventional non-cooled high-voltage charging systems. The system solution is fully scalable and designed for current and future E/E architectures.
