Innovative “Plug & Play” Module Structure for Scalable Thermal Management Solutions

Thermal management technologies are crucial for modern vehicles—optimizing EV range, engine longevity, and autonomous driving electronics. At the IZB (Hall 3, Booth 3224), Innerio Group is showcasing its fully integrated development process for mixed vehicle platforms, covering internal combustion, hybrid, and all-electric powertrains (see image). A "plug-and-play" module structure allows over 150 module variants using just 18 components. Through "Full Stack Simulation" and Innerio's architecture, component variants are reduced while integration increases, significantly accelerating validation and series production scaling. New manufacturing processes have also increased Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) to an impressive 90 to 92 %.
