GMME–modular multichannel measurement system for analog sensor data & centralized analysis

GMME is a multichannel system for precise acquisition of analog sensor data. With four measurement unit controller boards and up to 120 multiplexer boards, it can measure up to 2,400 voltage-based sensors in one cycle. Channels are selected mechanically rather than by semiconductor switches, avoiding leakage currents, offset voltages, crosstalk and temperature-related deviations. This enables reliable, reproducible measurements, even for thermocouples and other sensors with very low output voltages. Values can be calibrated, converted into physical quantities, checked against setpoints and processed using customised formulas. Its decentralised, scalable architecture supports distributed installations and a broad range of measurement variables.
