Foundational Vehicle Software Platform

Alloy Kore is an automotive OS platform (see image), co-developed by QNX and Vector, that combines a proven real-time operating system with a pre-integrated set of common automotive system services (communication, diagnostics, configuration, orchestration, safety, and security) into a single automotive software foundation for modern vehicle architectures. It consolidates the essential services every modern vehicle compute platform requires through a common API set. Alloy Kore is designed to support OEM vehicle operating systems and industry frameworks providing the safety and security certified automotive OS foundation on which they run. It gives OEMs the flexibility to build the ecosystem they choose on a foundation they can trust.
