EB civion Creator – Virtual cockpit and applications development by Elektrobit

EB civion Creator is a cloud-native solution from Elektrobit (part of AUMOVIO) for the virtual development of HMIs, cockpits, and in-vehicle applications. It enables OEMs and suppliers to prototype, develop and validate software virtually for software-defined vehicles (SDVs) before target hardware exists.

EB civion Creator provides a virtual environment for Android Automotive (AAOS to AAOS SDV), Linux, and AUTOSAR, supporting virtual displays, simulated signals, HAL emulation, and Binder IPC virtualization. 

A key focus is virtual HMI development, allowing teams to create and validate in-vehicle experiences without prototype hardware using low-code theming, UI customization, and multi-display simulation. CI/CD integration, automated testing, and cloud-based collaboration support software development throughout the development lifecycle.
