AUMOVIO presents a five-stage modular brake system portfolio ranging from wet to fully dry solutions. The portfolio is modular and scalable across ICE, HEV, and BEV platforms and is suitable for vehicle classes from A to E as well as light commercial vehicles. Depending on the system configuration, selected solutions can support highly automated driving and be adapted to different vehicle architectures.

Conventional brake systems form the foundation of AUMOVIO’s roadmap and remain a reliable solution for many applications.

The One Box brake system marks the transition to brake-by-wire by integrating key braking functions into a single compact unit, reducing complexity and simplifying vehicle integration. 

The distributed brake system takes brake-by-wire to the next level with 

best-in-class performance and a scalable, fail-operational architecture designed for software-defined and highly automated vehicles.

Semi-dry and dry brake systems enable independent brake force control and support optimized driving dynamics. In electric vehicles, they can also contribute to increased range and reduced maintenance requirements, depending on the system configuration.
