In the course of the digital transformation of the trade fair, the IZB has launched an initial digital offer for exhibitors. In this setting, IZB exhibitors can provide a digital presentation of their companies, products and innovations prior to the trade fair in our online marketplace. A special highlight for this year’s event is the IZB Media Center. Some exhibitors have already begun using this new platform and showcasing their product presentations, demo versions and image films in the form of short videos.
The company E-T-A Elektrotechnische Apparate GmbH, for example, produces power relays for the most rugged environmental conditions, suitable for switching high-voltage loads in on-board electrical systems in vehicles. The extreme robustness against environmental factors such as vibration, water and dust, comes from the use of corrosion-resistant materials. The compact design and the light weight enable flexible installation and the low holding power ensures cost and environmental advantages.
Albert Handtmann Metallgusswerk GmbH & Co. KG presents and explains its innovation in die casting – an integral die-cast rear axle beam, which in a one-piece upper shell avoids the need for complex and cost-intensive joining technologies. The one-piece die-cast design enables utmost suitability for high-volume production, as well as avoidance of known and significant process risks.
