RoboLive® is a comprehensive solution for commissioning, analysis, and quality assurance of robotic production processes. The "Process Visualization" (see image) enables monitoring of the equipment from project planning over the entire service life of the production. All parties involved have the same data basis for their analyses and can thus initiate specific corrections and monitor their implementation. The integrated best-fit algorithm and the "Vehicle-0 Determination" significantly reduce the effort required for optimizations and changes to the plants. With the "Software Overview", data relevant for planning is bundled and made available in one document. The "Path Calibration" shifts parts of the workload from the plant to the office, speeds up commissioning and enables the digital twin to be connected to the real plant.
