The Exhibitor Database for the IZB 2018 can now be viewed online, giving you plenty of time to find out about the IZB exhibitors before the start of the event. This comprehensive directory contains a list of exhibitors in alphabetical order according to their company name and provides detailed information on the trade fair’s total of 835 exhibitors from 34 different countries – from 2A Fonderie S.P.A. from Italy and A. + E. Keller GmbH & Co. KG from Germany through to the Linamar Corporation from Canada and Link Motion from Finland and right through to Zipper-Technik GmbH from Germany.
Alongside ten companies from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Hall 4, two companies from Malta in Hall 1 are also attending the International Suppliers Fair in Wolfsburg for the first time this year. They will be accompanied by eight of the world’s top 10 largest automotive supplier companies. Other well-known exhibitors at the tenth IZB from 16th to 18th October 2018 include Bosch, Continental, DENSO and Magna International, as well as the event’s premium partners INNO TAPE from Germany, Megatech from Liechtenstein and SAPA from Italy.
A total of 89 companies from 18 different countries are showcasing their digital innovations along the automotive value chain in line with this year’s special topic of “Think Digital”. These exhibitors can be found in the special presentation area in Hall 1 and in the other exhibition halls in the Allerpark in Wolfsburg in accordance with the halls' key topics.
The most prominent country at this year's IZB is Germany with a total of 544 exhibitors. Of the nine federal states of Germany represented at the event, North Rhine-Westphalia will have the strongest presence in terms of numbers with a total of around 140 companies. Spain and Italy will also have a strong presence with 44 companies each at the IZB, followed by Austria with 24 exhibitors and Turkey with 23.
The largest exhibition stand at this year’s trade fair is that of Samsung, which can be found in the izbCUBE in Hall 1. The presentation area of the South Korean company will cover an impressive total of 350 square metres. In comparison, the average stand size at the IZB 2018 is 35.7 square metres.
Another remarkable fact about this year’s event is that seven of its exhibitors from Germany have been part of Europe’s leading showcase event for the automotive supplier industry at every IZB ever since the trade fair was launched back in 2001, namely: Coroplast Fritz Müller GmbH & Co. KG from Wuppertal, DENSO AUTOMOTIVE Deutschland GmbH from Eching, the DRÄXLMAIER Group from Vilsbiburg, Projektron GmbH from Berlin and InPro electric GmbH, Kromberg & Schubert GmbH & Co. KG and Schnellecke Group AG & Co. KG from Wolfsburg.
