Information regarding Postponement

Please note the new dates for assembly and dismantling (see below), submission deadlines (e.g. for stand construction permits) and deadlines for orders etc. associated with the postponement of the IZB. An overview of these dates will be available in our IZB ServiceShop from the end of September 2020.

Reservations for all stand areas that were confirmed by 15th June 2020 will generally remain valid. All exhibitors have been informed of the new dates of the IZB in writing. After receiving notification of postponement, all exhibitors have the option of cancelling their participation in the postponed event on the new dates free of charge until 30th June 2020. See Article 9 of the General Terms and Conditions of Messe Wolfsburg.

Messe Wolfsburg will inform all exhibitors about any updated hall plans in spring 2021. The rearrangement of the hall area is possible, but every effort will be made to keep this to a minimum

 


If you already decided to cancel your participation in the IZB 2020 before the announcement of the postponement (on 16th June 2020), Messe Wolfsburg has decided, as a gesture of goodwill and due to the current situation caused by COVID-19, not to charge a cancellation fee.

Any advance payment invoices already issued for the IZB 2020 will be automatically cancelled by Messe Wolfsburg. For the IZB 2021, a new invoice with a new performance period will be issued in the 3rd quarter 2020. Services that have already been paid for will be transferred to the new invoice.

Orders previously placed via the IZB ServiceShop will be automatically transferred to the new event dates.

 


It is still possible for you to register for the IZB, but we cannot guarantee you a stand or your desired stand location. All companies that were already on the waiting list for the IZB 2020 will keep their place on the waiting list and be informed immediately if suitable stands become available for the IZB 2021.

Third-party expenses such as costs for hotels, travel, visas, stand construction, agency services, catering, staff, etc. cannot be reimbursed by Messe Wolfsburg. These services are exclusively based on the relationship between the parties who have concluded the respective contract.

 


Registrations already made for co-exhibitors will be automatically transferred to the IZB 2021. If you wish to make any changes or additions, please use the registration form or contact Messe Wolfsburg directly.


Start of construction: 27th September 2021

End of construction: 4th October 2021 / 12.00pm noon (structural), 4th October 2021 / 12.00am midnight (decoration)

IZB 2021: 5th – 7th October 2021

Start of dismantling: 7th October 2021 / from 7:00pm

End of dismantling: 13th October 2021
