Information regarding Postponement

The International Suppliers Fair will be postponed to October 11th to 13th, 2022 in Wolfsburg.
On this page we have summarized for you general information about the postponement of the IZB.

Please note that the postponement of the event also means new dates for installation and dismantling (see below), submission deadlines (e.g. for stand construction permits) and deadlines for orders etc. We will publish an overview of these dates and deadlines for you in our IZB ServiceShop at the end of September 2021.

All booked stand areas that were confirmed or allocated by 29th June 2021 will continue to apply, meaning that their confirmation of registration will remain in place for the IZB 2022.

If you do not wish to or are unable to participate in the IZB 2022, you can cancel your registration for free until 31st July 2021.

The stand positions for the IZB 2021 will also generally remain unchanged for the event in 2022. Amendments may be made to the hall layouts, but we will do our best to ensure that any changes are as minor as possible. If any changes are made to the hall plans for the IZB 2022, the company Messe Wolfsburg will inform all participating exhibitors about these changes in spring 2022.


If you already decided to cancel your participation in the IZB before the postponement of the event was announced, namely before 29th June 2021, Messe Wolfsburg has decided to not charge any cancellation fees or to refund any cancellation fees already paid as a gesture of goodwill.


Advance payment invoices that have already been paid for the IZB 2021 will be automatically transferred to the IZB 2022, while outstanding advance payment invoices for the IZB 2021 will be automatically cancelled. We will then create a new advance payment invoice stating the corresponding period of performance for the IZB 2022.


Orders that have already been placed via the IZB ServiceShop will be automatically transferred to the new event dates.


New registrations for the IZB can still be submitted, but we are still unable to guarantee that they can be confirmed.
All companies that are already on the waiting list for the IZB 2021 will keep their place on the waiting list and be informed immediately as soon as suitable stand areas become available for the IZB 2022.


Costs arising from the use or booking of third-party services, for example hotel, travel, visa, stand construction, agency service, catering and staff costs, cannot be refunded. These services are based exclusively on the agreements between the parties that concluded the respective contract.

 


Co-exhibitor registrations that have already been made will be automatically transferred to the IZB 2022. If you need to make any amendments or additions to an existing registration, please contact Messe Wolfsburg directly.


Start of installation:       3rd October 2022

End of installation:        10th October 2022, midday (construction)

                                            10th October 2022, midnight (decoration)

IZB 2022:                           11th - 13th October 2022

Start of dismantling:     13th October 2022 /  from 7:00pm

End of dismantling:        19th October 2022
