Companies that want to meet future competitive requirements need to take a more customer-oriented approach. The Mobile Research Lab (MRL), a mobile market research studio, enables innovations to be put to the test directly in the market with their respective target groups (see image). It therefore provides companies with valuable consumer and market insights that make an essential contribution towards their market success, even in 'non-conventional market research locations'. After all, consumers ultimately play the main role in any new development. The MRL team is responsible for developing concepts for, conducting and evaluating market research studies. The lab itself not only contains a test room, but also a reception area and an observation room. The fact that the test room is separated from the observation room by a mirror wall means that it can be used for classic group discussions or usability tests. The test room is also large enough to hold larger technical devices such as driving simulators. It therefore provides a consistent testing environment while also offering a high level of flexibility in terms of location.
